Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are generally available for the products that meet the following criteria:
The event has been cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled.
The event details have changed significantly (e.g., change in venue, date, or performers).
The customer is unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., illness, bereavement, or other unforeseen events).
Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund, please follow the steps outlined below:
Refund Deadlines & Processing fee : Refund deadlines vary depending on the circumstances. It is advisable to initiate your refund request as soon as you become aware of the eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to decline refund requests made after the specified deadline.
Please note that processing fees, service charges, or any other additional fees associated with the ticket purchase may not be refundable. Refunds will generally be issued for the face value of the ticket. Cancellation Charges of 20% of the Refundable amount applicable on sales that can be claimed within one year of the cancellation.Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Non-Refundable Tickets: Some tickets may be designated as non-refundable at the time of purchase. Non-refundable tickets will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances unless otherwise stated in applicable laws or regulations.
Ticket Transfers and Exchanges: In some cases, ticket transfers or exchanges may be available instead of a refund. Refunded/cancelled air tickets and other products can be transferred to the same passenger without deduction of cancellation charges.
Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically.
