• Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed, and payment is made.

• Payment for bookings must be made in full at the time of reservation, unless otherwise stated. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website.

 

3.    Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellation and refund policies for flights, hotels, and car rentals are determined by the respective service providers.

• Any cancellation or refund requests must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the service providers.

• Pinoy Group of Companies  will assist in processing cancellations and refunds, but we cannot guarantee the outcome or timeline of the refund process.

 

4.    Travel Documents and Requirements:

• It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, as required by the destination country.

• Pinoy Group of Companies is not responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.

• Customers using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the  website and shall not transact on or use the website.

• We accept  payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards to enter the AED, USD, GBP, SAR, QAR, NOK.

• The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

• The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections  in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they
